Privacy
The short version: I collect very little, I don't sell it, and I'll delete it if you ask.
Who I am
This site is run by me, Trevor Eisenhauer, doing business as Eisenhauer Marketing, a one-person business in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
The contact form
When you send the form, I get your name, email address, the topic you picked and your message. It's emailed to my inbox so I can reply. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't use it for anything else.
If you email me directly, your message sits in my inbox like any other email. Same rules: I use it to reply, and that's it.
Who helps me run this
Two companies handle your information for me, and only to run the site and my email:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, sends form messages to me and keeps basic technical logs, like IP addresses, to keep the site running and block attacks.
- Google provides my email, so your messages are stored in Gmail.
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Tracking and cookies
There are no ad trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies here. Cloudflare may set one small cookie (__cf_bm) to tell people from bots. It's needed for security, doesn't track you across sites and expires quickly. Cloudflare also runs a small script that hides my email address from spam bots.
Do Not Track
Since I don't track you, there's nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off. No other company tracks you across sites through this one.
How long I keep it
I keep messages only as long as I need them to reply to you and for my business records.
Your choices
You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to fix it or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, I use your information because you asked me to reply (or because we're working together), and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Kids
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
The store and other sites
The checklist and other downloads come from a separate store, and links in the footer go to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and anything you enter there is covered by theirs, not this one.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here and update the date below.
